  6. Your order details are immediately and securely transmitted to the restaurant(s) from which you have ordered. Once your order has been processed, an e-mail is sent to you from Foodbox.com containing your order confirmation number, as well as the restaurant's contact information.
  7. Can I order from multiple restaurants?
  8. Yes, you can! With Foodbox.com you can even order from multiple restaurants at the same time. Simply add items from as many restaurants as you like to your shopping cart. Checkout and pay once. Your order is instantly and securely transmitted to all of the restaurants. Your payment is only processed once by Foodbox.com, sparing you the hassles of waiting on hold and having to repeat your information to multiple restaurants.
  9. How do I know the restaurant received my order?
  10. Foodbox.com verifies every order directly with the restaurant to ensure that your order has been placed.
  11. How does the order arrive?
  12. The restaurants handle your order the same way as if the order was placed by phone. If you request Delivery, the order is delivered to your Delivery Address. If you specified Takeout, you are responsible for picking up the food from the restaurant(s) from which ordered. For your convenience, your confirmation email contains the restaurants' contact information.
  13. How do I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
  14. In case you need to make any changes to your order, please contact the restaurant immediately. Contact information for the restaurant(s) is conveniently listed on your order confirmation email, and can also be located on Foodbox.com. If you cancel an order, you will receive a refund from Foodbox.com as soon as the restaurant has confirmed the cancellation of your order.
  15. What do I do if something is wrong with my order after it has arrived?
  16. Foodbox.com is a portal that facilitates online ordering. In case of any problems with your order, please contact the restaurant immediately. The restaurant will assist you directly. In case the resolution results in a change to the total price of your order, the resulting difference will be calculated between the Restaurant and Foodbox.com, and additional credits or debits may be issued directly to your credit card from FoodBox.com.
  17. How do coupons work?
  18. On the checkout screen, enter the coupon code in the coupon code field. Upon checkout, the discount is immediately applied to your total, and displayed in the discount field. You will also see the individual savings amount displayed next to each item discounted by the coupon.
